Shipping Discounts and Costs
Within Canada, we offer FREE Standard shipping on most orders over $99 before tax and after discounts (some restrictions apply)*. Free shipping is automatically calculated during checkout.
Orders up to $99 before tax and after discounts incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $14.95*.
*Please note that orders shipped to Saskatchewan, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and all other remote areas listed in (but not limited to) Table 9 carry additional shipping charges based on weight and destination. Additionally, select oversized products will not qualify for free shipping. Your order may not be eligible for free shipping in certain cases due to weight or destination, despite “qualifying” for free shipping (I.E. above $99 subtotal). In these specific situations, a member of our customer service team will contact you to provide a shipping quote.
Domestic shipping
All orders ship from our warehouse in Montreal, Canada. At this time, we only ship orders to domestic addresses within Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
International shipping
Pharma Clover currently does not ship to international addresses.
Delivery time
Most regular orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping. Once your order is processed and ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to become available.
The estimated delivery time for Standard shipping to Canada is 2-10 business days after the order leaves our warehouse***. For remote areas, delivery may take up to 14 business days***.
If your delivery estimate has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us by phone (1-514-700-6145) or by email ([email protected]) with your order number, and we will look into it for you.
***Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination location and the selected shipping carrier. Shipping carriers may experience delays related to weather conditions and high-volume periods such as the holidays which are beyond Pharma Clover’s control. Please note that estimated delivery times are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.
Parcel Forwarding Services
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer refunds or exchanges for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Pharma Clover is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
