*Please note that orders shipped to remote areas carry additional shipping charges based on weight and destination. Additionally, select oversized products will not qualify for free shipping. Your order may not be eligible for free shipping in certain cases due to weight or destination, despite “qualifying” for free shipping (I.E. above $99 subtotal). In these specific situations, a member of our customer service team will contact you to provide a shipping quote.

Shipping carriers may experience delays related to weather conditions and high-volume periods such as the holidays which are beyond Pharma Clover's control. To check the status of your package, enter the tracking number on the carrier's website (UPS or Canada Post). Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information.
If your delivery estimate has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us by phone (1-514-700-6145) or by email ([email protected]) with your order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return, items must be in good condition, unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
Please note that not all items are eligible for a refund and/or exchange. The following products are considered “final sale” and exempt from being returned:
- Face masks
- Perishable items such as food
- Personal care and intimate products
- Cosmetics
- All clearance items
- Gift cards
