We want to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. To guarantee a pleasant shopping experience, Pharma Clover offers a full refund or exchange for items that are returned within 30 days of the delivery date**. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be in good condition, unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Opened or used items are not eligible for a refund or an exchange.
Please note that not all items are eligible for a refund and/or exchange. The following products are considered “final sale” and exempt from being returned:
- Face masks
- Perishable items such as food
- Personal care and intimate products
- Cosmetics
- All clearance items
- Gift cards
Items that are damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival to the customer are eligible for a refund or exchange if reported within 72 hours of delivery. All claims submitted after 72 hours from delivery will be denied. We may require a photo of the product received to verify that it is eligible for a refund or exchange.
Please complete the return form HERE or contact us by phone (1-514-700-6145) or by email ([email protected]) to initiate the return process. All returns must be approved before they are sent back to us by mail. We will require the following information: the order number, the reason for the return, the state of the product (damaged, opened or sealed) and a photo of the product.
After we have evaluated the situation, you will be informed of the approval or refusal of your return request by email. If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping and payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that items returned to us without a prior return request approved by us will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days after we have received and inspected your return. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

Pharma Clover monitors customers’ return, refund and replacement activities for abuse. If we detect what we consider to be excessive or potentially fraudulent activity on the part of a customer, that customer may be informed by email that Pharma Clover will no longer accept any return, refund or replacement requests from that customer, with or without receipt.
